Title: Mutt

Artist’s Statement: My work focuses on the sentient side of animals

and animal-human relations. As a big supporter of dog adoption and a lifelong dog junky, I try to reveal their personality and expressive range in my work.

Techniques: Sculpting, flat patterning, draping, sewing, painting

Materials: aluminum armature, reticulated foam, air dry clay, cheesecloth, netting, glue, thread
